Refused Refund
I had a very disappointing experience with Sopema Funeral Services. The service did not meet the standards that were promised, and when I requested a refund, it was refused without a satisfactory explanation. During such a sensitive time, I expected professionalism and compassion, which I unfortunately did not receive. I would not recommend their services.

Refusal to Refund
It's been 2 months now they still haven't refunded me my money. When I send emails they don't reply , when I call once they hear the reason of the call they hung up. According to your company’s refund policy and consumer protection laws, I am entitled to a refund.
