I am so disgusted by rain yet again a promised call back to get this damn issue sorted for 3 months but guess what still no call
Yet another day has pass yesterday it was said that they tried calling but did not receive any call almost 3 months and still the same ****. I hope you guys are not expecting payment from me.
I am real ****ed off and disgusted at rains service this is most probably the 5th time if not more that I have to go through hello Peter in order to receive a call. My loop has not been working since day 1 they eventually sorted it said they going to call me again to see how it works and then it stopped again as no my coverage keeps moving for I don't know what reason, they called again after I reviewed on hello Peter again and said they will get a manager to call me he called and said that he is s****ping the bill and he will call me back with information to see what is happening and guess what no call up until today and please bare in mind I am not paying you guys anything at all up until this is resolved. Real terrible service.
Pathetic service will not recommend anyone still not solved and they expect payment that will never happen since day 1 no contact poor service offline.
Pathetic still no change no call nothing and they expect to b paid in full I will never be doing it.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I received from rain since day 1 when I received my loop it has been offline, I received a call on Friday and still offline but they expect me to pay r675 for something that I can not even use. They keep promising call backs that never happens, it was said that the advance team was going to have the technicians look into why the loop does not stay at closest tower I told you guys several times that I am working from home which I lost out on a lot. I want you guys to fix this issue and scrup this payment that u guys are requesting as nothing is sorted.i don't see why I have to post on hello Peter before anyone actually calls or responds.
I am very disappointed by the service I keep on receiving from rain 1st I have struggled to get the loop activated eventually after a week there was connection now the unlimited simcard does not work it shows offline and I was not even explained what and where. There is no name and password for the WiFi I néed to share hotspot with my phone coz the simcard is not picking up and I don't know where the or what the password is. Nothing is on the loop I asked ask rain and they said I should download the loop app but it's not available I don't know how to go about I was told they going to call me urgently but no one ever calls. They can not expect me to pay for such **** services.
Still waiting for my loop to be activated since Friday working From home bad experience worst customer service
Had a great experience no hiccups the agent was helpful and made me understand
