I am still waiting for my refund. On the 3rd July 2025, they said my money will reflect in 48 hours. To date, no money refunded and I’m being ignored

I want my refund
I am still waiting for my refund which was promised on the 3rd June 2025 that it will reflect within 48hrs. NOTHING I have been ignored ever since. No one is saying anything . They **** here on Hellopeter saying they refunded me. I am still waiting I want my money!!!

Disgrace of a company
Disgrace *********** at our expense Geyser burst very early on a saturday morning. I call my plumber who replaced it. Lo in a claim, they only attend it after 2 days after I sent and enquiry that they must give me feedback. Today they tell me i wasnt supposed to replace because its still under warranty. Where were they when my house was flooding?
