Don't order from here
The owner hides and deletes unfavorable comments on her Instagram account instead of giving her paying customers any sort of feedback. Was ignored after sending countless DMs, emails and comments but I eventually got a response and refund (over a month later) after resorting to commenting on her personal Instagram. The owner also said she would still send my item as an apology for the 'inconvenience and unprofessionalism' but then sent a **** tracking code which still doesn't register on the courier website 4 days later. Ridiculously bad service and communication. Do not order from this business. The owner obviously cares more about putting up a good appearance but doesn't seem to care about fulfilling orders.

Stitch My Itch is a ****
This company states that they have a 2 week turnaround time following payment for an order. One month later I am still waiting to receive my item or any sort of update explaining what the delay is. The owner, Nicolene, has stopped replying to emails and DMs on Instagram after assuring me I would receive my order last week. At this point I don't even want the order, I just want a refund. Do not waste your time and money on this business. The owner will only give you false promises and you will not receive what you order.
