Absolutely Disappointed...
I've had good past experiences with this business, but this recent one is going horrible... I placed an order on 25/08, it included items that I was going to gift to someone on the 29th of September... I figured I'll order early, just in case it's delayed... Fast forward 2 and a half months later, I'm still waiting... She's officially shutting down her store... I've tried to contact her via email and IG but have had no luck... A response or something would be nice... It's the zero contact that gets me... I waited so long, all I want are my items... I've noticed quite a few people who are having the same issues, perhaps the ombudsman can help at this point, considering all communication is blatantly being ignored... I dropped her one last email today, stating that I will have to reach out to the ombudsman and NC as this is against the CPA.

The owner Nicolene bechan and her instagram business of 3 years that will be closing (finally) on 10/11/23. She deserves 0 stars. The first time I ordered I waited two months for a damn hoodie. All she does is post on her story and ignores comments, dms, emails. There’s no other way to get a hold of her even her family and friends seem to be part of this little ****. I finally got my item and I understood and forgave her lame excuse to why it took so long. Fast forward she has a lovely sale I order a matching hoodie ( btw I got my bf the my Spider-Man hoodie for his bday so I wanted the my MJ hoodie hence us ordering again even tho I really didn’t want too since my first experience was ****). Again 2 months no communication same story. I get worried coz she announced she’ll be closing. Nd her comments r off. So clearly all she does is for show. Im not sure why she has all her information for the whole world to see as well as her family and friends coz if you’re doing this to ppl then you need to be more careful. She claimed that shell give refunds but I knew better than that. She obviously wouldn’t she’s just tryna get to November nd close her store without giving ppl their refunds. I was lucky enough to receive mine after going full FBI on her a** I think it scared her so she gave energy a refund to keep me quiet. Hush money lol but I will not back down until she gives everyone’s money. This is wrong and it’s ****ming people. And she makes other businesses look bad

This site is a complete ****. I made an order in July, and received confirmation of the order and the payment. It is now late October and I have not received the goods. I have emailed Nicolene many times, and also commented on her Instagram site. But she deletes the Instagram messages, and has changed the settings so that I can't comment anymore. After I wrote on her Instagram, she sent me a courier notification, but it was ****. It did not exist on the courier site. Now she has posted on her Instagram that she is closing her business. So she has ****** my money! I am very angry and upset. She has no address details other than her email. It seems she has taken so many people's money and not delivered on the goods. At least if she refunded the money that would be honest. I now have no option but to sue her.

Avoid this small business at all costs
I have had two terrible experiences with this small business. The first experience happened last year where I ordered a couple of items and then had to wait about 3 months for her to continuously ignore my emails and delete comments on her instagram page for her to finally ship my items and of course there were items missing. The second time was in May where I couldn’t resist ordering a sweatshirt from her and once again it took nearly two months for her to say she shipped the item but the courier never sent tracking info and then she continued to ignore my emails even after she asked for my banking details to refund me. Her favourite thing to say is she added a gift to make up for the bad experience. After all that, the package never arrived. She is useless at doing anything related to business and customer services.

Do not buy from them. Theft of money. No communication.
I made a payment over a month ago and have not received a single but of feedback since then apart from the automated receipt of payment. I have messaged the owner on Instagram and send emails a number of times and have not received any response. They claim to have a 2 week turnaround time however I haven't heard anything from them. Do not spend your money with them. This is unprofessional and theft. Will be pursuing legal action of my grievance is not addressed soon. I am so angry.

According to section 19 of the Customer Protection Act, she must either provide the items I paid for or take responsibility if she cannot provide them. Don't order from here
The owner hides and deletes unfavorable comments on her Instagram account instead of giving her paying customers any sort of feedback. Was ignored after sending countless DMs, emails and comments but I eventually got a response and refund (over a month later) after resorting to commenting on her personal Instagram. The owner also said she would still send my item as an apology for the 'inconvenience and unprofessionalism' but then sent a **** tracking code which still doesn't register on the courier website 4 days later. Ridiculously bad service and communication. Do not order from this business. The owner obviously cares more about putting up a good appearance but doesn't seem to care about fulfilling orders.
