I've had good past experiences with this business, but this recent one is going horrible... I placed an order on 25/08, it included items that I was going to gift to someone on the 29th of September... I figured I'll order early, just in case it's delayed... Fast forward 2 and a half months later, I'm still waiting... She's officially shutting down her store... I've tried to contact her via email and IG but have had no luck... A response or something would be nice... It's the zero contact that gets me... I waited so long, all I want are my items...
I've noticed quite a few people who are having the same issues, perhaps the ombudsman can help at this point, considering all communication is blatantly being ignored... I dropped her one last email today, stating that I will have to reach out to the ombudsman and NC as this is against the CPA.
