I ordered from the company on the 22nd of July and have yet to receive either my order or any communication by the 11th of September. I messaged the owner via email and Instagram, continuously since I brought my items but she apparently refuses to reply. Absolutely **** customer service. According to section 19 of the Customer Protection Act, she must either provide the items I paid for or take responsibility if she cannot provide them. I'm very tempted to sue her, to prevent this from happening to more people.
