They’re ok but as an introvert who also is not a millionaire coz the stuff is pricey. I’d stick to online coz the employees are friendly which is nice very welcoming and young like their target market but they can be very pushy and invasive which is not needed but I can only understand the pressure to make sales so keep up the good work and hopefully we’ll be able to keep them for long coz we need this in SA.
Another venue I wanted to host my 21st by. Firstly y’all’s prices are ridiculous. You could do so much more and cater for more people and make even more money but clearly you prioritise your international customers so us locals do not matter. I made an appointment with Jenifer but she canceled on me and told me she’ll have someone else assist and upon arriving to asara no one was aware of my appointment this one man whose name I unfortunately forgot and was so busy kind of rushed the appointment but either way the price was not working for me. I tried to email again and the another lady said she’d get back to me and she never did so no one followed up. They’re friendly yes but again the customer service is disappointing. Is it my responsibility as a customer to bother y’all all the time to just get some decent service and information? I really loved asara I had my matric photos taken there but you kind of let me down and I’m disappointed so the only problem is communication and customer service.
The owner Nicolene bechan and her instagram business of 3 years that will be closing (finally) on 10/11/23. She deserves 0 stars. The first time I ordered I waited two months for a damn hoodie. All she does is post on her story and ignores comments, dms, emails. There’s no other way to get a hold of her even her family and friends seem to be part of this little ****. I finally got my item and I understood and forgave her lame excuse to why it took so long. Fast forward she has a lovely sale I order a matching hoodie ( btw I got my bf the my Spider-Man hoodie for his bday so I wanted the my MJ hoodie hence us ordering again even tho I really didn’t want too since my first experience was ****). Again 2 months no communication same story. I get worried coz she announced she’ll be closing. Nd her comments r off. So clearly all she does is for show. Im not sure why she has all her information for the whole world to see as well as her family and friends coz if you’re doing this to ppl then you need to be more careful. She claimed that shell give refunds but I knew better than that. She obviously wouldn’t she’s just tryna get to November nd close her store without giving ppl their refunds. I was lucky enough to receive mine after going full FBI on her a** I think it scared her so she gave energy a refund to keep me quiet. Hush money lol but I will not back down until she gives everyone’s money. This is wrong and it’s ****ming people. And she makes other businesses look bad
I am honestly speechless by the weak service provided by zevenwacht. I wanted to have my 21st there and the venue was surprisingly free so you just have to pay for food and drinks so that makes sense to why the service was bad. They are very friendly yes but no professionalism. I will not be having my 21st there anymore because there is no communication after sending multiple emails with no response because they can’t seem to answers questions or give you the right information. I made an appointment to discuss the plans of the 21st and the lady was clearly not prepared after making the appointment 2 weeks in advance. We have met up twice and I even brought up the emails that she does not reply too and it seems to be the same lady (her name is adrie) she just tries to dodge it. Very disappointing. I was trying to sort everything out and they just ruined the experience and made it stressful. If you want something done just do it yourself because why is communicating with a customer so difficult when that is all I want. Good communication and professionalism. Bad bad bad I am always envious of those that receive good quality service sigh
Whoever reads this please contact me I want us to get out money back I am in the same situation. Ordered two months and she just ignores as well as her family and friends it’s like it’s all just for show and now she wants to close down without refunding people. Not on my watch. Where do I begin with this thief. I ordered 3 months ago after paying R2650. He still talks to me but whenever I complain about not having my shoes or demanding that I want it he says he won't send it because of how I'm reacting which is crazy. This guy needs to be stopped. He posts on his personal account all nice cars and phones and clothes and now I see how he can afford it. He is a thief and he will not get away with this.
