Avoid this small business at all costs

I have had two terrible experiences with this small business. The first experience happened last year where I ordered a couple of items and then had to wait about 3 months for her to continuously ignore my emails and delete comments on her instagram page for her to finally ship my items and of course there were items missing. The second time was in May where I couldn’t resist ordering a sweatshirt from her and once again it took nearly two months for her to say she shipped the item but the courier never sent tracking info and then she continued to ignore my emails even after she asked for my banking details to refund me. Her favourite thing to say is she added a gift to make up for the bad experience. After all that, the package never arrived. She is useless at doing anything related to business and customer services.
