Absolutely pathetic. I order and paid in full. I call the landline for days to get an update on my order, finally get an answer after calling days on end just for them to tell me they dont have stock and will refund. I am still waiting for the refund.. No answer when I call or e mail, nothing.
So yesterday 02/08/2024 we drove all the way from Orania in the Northern Cape to Kimberley (160 km) to board our flight to Cape Town.. Just to be told that we are "unfortunately" 2 minutes late and we can not board we lost the tickets and the money. Now I don't know about the lady who was absolutely unfriendly, unhelpful and totally miserable behind the boarding desk.. But I don't have just R15 000 (what our flight tickets coat) laying around that I can just forfeit just because se feels we are 2 mins to late she wil not help us. I am absolutely disappointed in the service.. There was no friendlyness, helpfulness nothing.. Just.. Sorry you can't thank you... Next... After driving 160 km.... I wil definitely not leave this here
Place a bad review on Friday 02/02/2024..immediately received an email saying I will receive my tracking number on the same day. Still no tracking number and no reply when you send emails to try and hear where your products tht you paid for are.
Absolutely horrible service. No communication except that they let you know they received your payment. You can send 1000 of emails asking about your order or tracking number but no response. Will open a case against them if no communication is comeing my way soon.
