I've been trying to get in contact with their customer service since the second of September and I still haven't gotten a reply. I've sent three emails, reached out on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The contact us page on their website is also not very useful at all, I tried to get in contact with them through there twice explaining my original issue (still not resolved because I can't get in tough) and both times it said my attempt was unsuccessful. My original issue was that I never received the Verification email a couple of months ago and then I seemed to have forgotten my password because I couldn't log in. This morning I finally managed to get by creating a 'new' account using the same email I did previously, but now I've lost my games including the one I got only last week.
