Horrible experience, no refund of money! Wait since more than a year!!!!

Zero stars. I returned a delivery of printing toner and still wait on refund since over a year now, although I had contact with sales and sent by account details. Since then I never heard anything anymore. Sent email reminders about 8 times. NO answers, never. Don't deal with them!
