We used to get good service from this company. Recently purchased a black HP 203A toner cartridge which after only 10% usage started to print very feint. We requested assistance to get this cartridge replaced on 28/11/2024 with no reply to date. We sent an email on 2/12/2024 also no reply to date

It’s been the worst experience dealing with them just a list of errors. 1st our cartridges were delivered at the wrong address,2nd they gave us cartridge refills ink even after calling them number of time to confirm the product they sent was ink not cartridges they instead. Had to send the cartridges to Namibia and we received a call that the products sent are not cartridges but ink. Had to make arrangements to bring the items back at our costs. 3rd we ordered 7 they sent us 6. 4th we asked for our refund 2 weeks ago we getting told different stories everyday why they are delaying refunding us. They refusing to take accountability of the transport and taxes we had to pay to send and bring back the cartridges.

Lindo from the return division called me to explain everything to me on why it was taking time they are not operating on weekends which l now understand, l would like to thanks Justice Kgabi from the sales division he kept contact with me from day one when l initially made a mistake with my order even now he still keeps in touch with me. He is an asset to the company l hope companies would have sales representative like him

I bought a print toner from them and make a mistake with my order, then quickly called the sales rep from their side to process the exchange. Till this day the return team have not sent any emails regarding the exchange of the toner but with how they are taking time with talking to me l think l will ask for a refund hence l had to close down my business since l am waiting for the toner

Billiant service from the team at Toner Corporation. Within 2 days of ordering online, our orders have been delivered. Not only is their service delivery excellent their pricing is great too. I would recommend them to any.

Zero stars. I returned a delivery of printing toner and still wait on refund since over a year now, although I had contact with sales and sent by account details. Since then I never heard anything anymore. Sent email reminders about 8 times. NO answers, never. Don't deal with them!
