Poor service
Poor Service for on line orders. Opposition are able to deliver goods for 1/4 of the price the next day. Hi Fi corp can't even tell you where your order is 4 days later

Poor customer Service
4 days since reporting ofa fault. Have only received excuses and empty promises. Between Mweb and Vumatel, it would be hard to award worst service provider

Pathetic Service
To say that I have received poor service would imply that Vumatel provide some sort of service. I have applied for a fibre service and was told 10 days and they will come and install everything needed. Not heard a word from then. Tried to call their service centre was told they don't know what's happening. Contacted on of their marketing persons Yushan but he proved to be as reliable as the rest of their staff
