Great overall experience

IPS Will send you pills and deduct money from your account without approval or concent

Watch out for these people. They call you, explain how their product works and ask you random questions which you will probably agree with and at the end they will sign you up and want to transfer you to their payments department. I declined and did not accept anything from my side for them to take money from my account. If you are a Platinum life customer, they get your banking details from them, so you don't even have to provide them with any detail. It's a simple notification that will come to your phone to approve the transaction. I did not approve any transactions. 2 weeks later I got a box of pills from them. I forgot to call them, my mistake, but at the end of the month when the money was deducted, I called and told them they have to cancel this order as I did not approve. They said they would and collect the pills. No one came to collect the pills and the next month there was another deduction. I called again and asked them to cancel the order where I was then informed that it was to late for them to pay back my money and I never called them to cancel the first time. Then I asked them to give me proof of the call that I actually did give them the go ahead to deduct money in the first place. They could not supply this proof. So they are basically taking money from your account without any approval from your side.

Ordered on Tuesday, received items on Thursday. Exactly what I ordered. Thought I would give them a chance as there are mostly good reviews here. I will order from them again. Recommended seller.

Do it!! Just Do it!! Buy from Wootware!! While you're on Hellopeter, just give them the 5 stars already.

I've rated these people like a 100 times :D Not a 100, but a lot. And if this website had more stars, I would be giving all of them to Wootware. Unmatched service, support, efficiency, friendliness .... All that is good comes from Wootware. Even if the prices of their HW were 10% more, which they are not, I would still buy from them. The before and after sales service is beyond what any other retailer will ever give you. I compare prices for 3 to 4 days before I buy, and I keep coming back to Wootware. Never have I ever been disappointed. Special thanks to Gareth Sassman. Give that man a Bells....

Best out there!!

Amazing service!! Awesome advise.. Quick to respond to any questions. The first time I ordered from Wootware was in 2016. I will pay more at Wootware for a part just because of the pre- and after-sales service. I know I will get exactly what I need or better from them. Definitely recommend this store!!

Excellent service! When the order was not 100% clear when submitted, they contacted me before they started working on it. Order was completed and delivered 2 days before the estimated time.. What a awesome company!! Will definitely order from them again!! 10 out of 5!!!

Perfect 10/10 Service and Support

Ashley - You are amazing!! Best service I've received ever.. Had a unique request and it took real effort to assist me, but Ashley took the time, made it look easy and made it work. I've only heard good things of Droneworld and I could have bought at a different online store for a bit cheaper, but I am so glad I went with Droneworld. Thank you!! Recommend this retailer.
