No support when needed. When contacting them you get to number 3 then cut off...
Have logged numerous tickets and all I get is refer to our knowledge base. Response times 2 days. Never to answer the question. Will remove all my domains from them.

No support when you need them
My son was forced to change from Tourism to Business studies. We requested numerous times that we would like him to take tourism as a recorded subject and are willing to pay as if a live class. After 6 emails and logging on Family portal no response to date with constructive feedback. He loves the classes but cannot continue with a subject he does not like!

Poor customer service
Never commit to any appointments, 3 weeks later and still no show. Only excuses if they reply...
