Shocking Spa birthday experience

I would not recommend ever booking at this Spa. I booked a spa treatment for mine and my mother's birthday on Saturday September 2nd 2023. I informed Rejoice at reception upon booking and on other telephonic conversation and communications that it was to celebrate our birthdays. We went for the Bosphorus pedicure. My mother and I were not even wished happy birthday. We received used slippers upon arrival and were informed that the gowns were not given for pedicures even though ours included a massage. Eventually rude Rejoice gave us gowns/ bathrobes. However mine still had a peg attached to it from the clothesline. We were then presented with nail polish colours which were neons, black and glitter and a top coat. When we inquired whether there were reds,pinks or neutrals we were told that was all they had. At this point we were ready to leave only then were we presented with pinks,reds, neutrals. To my dismay Rejoice was also me the******. I ended up having to do my own toe nail and she hurt me terribly. We also received no reflexology as advertised, our feet were not even massaged. Once our treatment was finished we were offered nothing to drink not shown to the relaxation lounge just left. When I asked to speak to the manager he walked away. Never book here for a special occassion or event!!! You will not be made to feel special. I have been trying to get hold of the owner Vanessa since Monday the 4th of September 2023 and to date have not received a reply to my email or a phone call back. Definitely not a world class spa.
