Very poor customer service. They take forever to respond to your queries and when they eventually do they send out the most affordable maintenance teams that deliver sub par service and don't resolve the issues that they were contacted to half of the time. Yet when the time comes to collect or push up the rent they are quick to take action. Don't waste your time and save yourself the stress of having to deal with them. Definitely do not reccommend their services.
Frustrating, unreliable, unprofessional. I have been struggling for days on end with this company and it's "support staff". I have spent a ridiculous amount of money to call them and be placed on hold, have my calls dropped and was even promised they would call me back and assist but no action has been taken. I've dealt with 3 seperate customer support agents who were not able to assist me with my issue and took no further action to provide any form of feedback or assistance. I sent multiple mails to their support which I received no response from. I paid in full for a service I am not receiving and no action is being taken to assist. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I have had the displeasure of being subjected to.
