Bad service
the worst service and rude employees. They sent us copies form the council that are not even visible. When we queried them they said that is the best they can do and that we must go to the council but they charged so much money for the transfers. We paid them so that they can do a job but now they say we must go to council to get house plans ourselves.

Bad credit score for paying your account on time
This bank is ridiculous. when you pay your account on time they tell you that you get a benefit where they credit you for being a good payer. That amount shows as arrears on your credit score. No one is willing to help when you call. The y are clueless and have no capacity to resolve queries. the y will tell you you cant speak to a supervisor and that the supervisor will call you back they never do. Still waiting for a call from Sizwe Joko and his supervisor. a month later still no call back. every time I call for a follow up am told they cant transfer a call and same thing they will send them a massage but nothing happens
