I have ordered twice from wantitall and both times the service was great, I got numerous mails on where my parcel was and they where delivered on time

Vox is a bunch of *******
MY name is Alloysuis Rondganger. I had fibre installed through vox in December 2023.The sales team was doing marketing at my place of work I approached one of their sales team members Nadia and asked her to tell me more as I am interested. She told me what they offer and I told her what my budget was for this. '' emphasised, '' my budget. She worked out a package that falls withing right I am happy great stuff! To my surprisemy first statement received was doublewhat I was supposed to pay. I sent Nadia a whatsapp to ask what was going on and she coldly revered me to the terms and conditions, this is the same person that continuously phone me wanting my business to nownot giving a damn to top it off since then I havent heard anything from her, one thing is for sure I will never refer her to anyone. I am in sales myself and I do know that a customer goes mainly on what the sales person says in this case I am the fool because I went on her word. After this whole thing I went to read these terms and conditions just to notice that in our conversation she mentioned everything accept the fact that I will be charged a premium in advance knowing that if she did it might ruin her chances of closing the sale which it would have. So I sent numerous emails, received feedback and even calls but nothing to resolve this as I feel I have been blindsided by this individual named Nadia. So beginning last month my service was suspended, now remember its paid up to date so it was suspended due to the payment in advance, they have the audacity to send me a warning of suspension of service letter stating that I will be held liable irrespective my service has been suspended, today I receive a mail or notice that my service has been cancelled oh he's ncad they clearly state that they have received my request for cancellation which I never did. In my opinion the quality of their product I was happy with but they are a bunch of ****** and I will never refer them to anyone, I will write review upon review on different platforms

I love love love their work, delivery is super fast and the online ordering platform is so simple - would definitely use them again
