we are renting in one of their flats in forest hill, I have paid them on 29 august 2023 and they came cut off electricity without our knowledge because we were not home at that time. last friday I have send them an email with proof of payment but no one rep**** on the email but they came home and I was at work they found my wife and told her that we didn't pay our rent
