DISGUSTING AGENCY - IT SHOULD BE DEREGISTERED AS AN ESTATE AGENCY. WORST EVER SERVICE
OH MY WORD!!! THE BIGGEST ****MERS EVER! Guys, please do not EVER work with them; they call themselves the real estate gangsters of the south. And threaten your staff, charge HUGE bills that they cannot explain. Refuse to hear you out. I am just blown away at them and how they treat the tenants. We have advised our guys to start filming them when they threaten.

I have never encountered such a dishonest and ********* company in my entire life. Tupa operates like a ******** enterprise, exploiting tenants at every turn. The management has no regard for basic decency or fairness, engaging in outright ************ and threats to pressure tenants into compliance. The most egregious behaviour, however, is their *****ulent billing practices. This company routinely issues false electricity and water bills, inflating charges far beyond actual consumption, leaving tenants to foot the bill for their greed. These practices are not only dishonest but also *******, and it’s appalling that they continue to get away with it. To make matters worse, Tupa has engaged in the ******* practice of locking tenants out of their businesses without a court order or proper legal proceedings. This is not only a violation of tenant rights, but it is also an outright crime. Tenants have been ********ly denied access to their properties, leaving them in vulnerable and distressing situations. Despite the obvious *******ity of their actions, this company continues to act with impunity. The management team is nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they resort to ************ and bullying tactics. It's clear they prioritize squeezing money out of vulnerable tenants rather than providing a safe and respectful living environment. I strongly urge anyone considering renting from Tupa to think twice. Their practices are *********, manipulative, and, frankly, ********. Do yourself a favour and find a more reputable agency—there are plenty out there that actually care about their tenants.

****s, ****s I rented a place from them I moved out end of last month and they promised to refund my deposit 18 days after I moved out, the they charged to payments only being made month ends today they said very rudely i have to wait for processing to be completed How can u help pls

Deposit refund
Worst experience ever in my life. They did not return my deposit at all , it's been a year now. Inflate their electricity bill and water..when you ask them for the meter reading ,they say it's an estimate. Gave one month notice to move out and they refused to give me my deposit back. They were so so rude at their offices .

Don't do business with TUPA or SQUIREWOOD INVESTMENTS. These people will bully you. Threaten your lively hood and come and *******ly lock doors on a business premises, how is a person supposed to work for the rent you bully me for, it is ******* to lock doors in South Africa, by law!!!! This company and the people are a bunch of heartless humans who have no care for their customers as long as their commission comes in they don't care for anyone but themselves.. Paid my rent in full and still they can't unlock doors. I'm tired of this

be aware of this company
we are renting in one of their flats in forest hill, I have paid them on 29 august 2023 and they came cut off electricity without our knowledge because we were not home at that time. last friday I have send them an email with proof of payment but no one rep**** on the email but they came home and I was at work they found my wife and told her that we didn't pay our rent

be aware of this company

Tupa Worst Estate Agency
Worst agency ever! Do not lease or rent from this "real estate agency". They have no sense of customer care, they do not maintain their buildings and as of this week we just learnt they have not been paying the water bill for our complex and the municipality has now cut off our water. Tupa has not reached out to the tenants, advised them of why there is no water or had the decency to pay it? We call them, no action, they actually **** and told us someone knocked the meter with their car. Tupac will leave you high and dry BUT still charge you! This company is a joke and you would be doing yourself a favour by not engaging with them.
