Deposit refund

Worst experience ever in my life. They did not return my deposit at all , it's been a year now. Inflate their electricity bill and water..when you ask them for the meter reading ,they say it's an estimate. Gave one month notice to move out and they refused to give me my deposit back. They were so so rude at their offices .
