Tupa Worst Estate Agency

Worst agency ever! Do not lease or rent from this "real estate agency". They have no sense of customer care, they do not maintain their buildings and as of this week we just learnt they have not been paying the water bill for our complex and the municipality has now cut off our water. Tupa has not reached out to the tenants, advised them of why there is no water or had the decency to pay it? We call them, no action, they actually **** and told us someone knocked the meter with their car. Tupac will leave you high and dry BUT still charge you! This company is a joke and you would be doing yourself a favour by not engaging with them.
