I have never encountered such a dishonest and ********* company in my entire life. Tupa operates like a ******** enterprise, exploiting tenants at every turn. The management has no regard for basic decency or fairness, engaging in outright ************ and threats to pressure tenants into compliance.

The most egregious behaviour, however, is their *****ulent billing practices. This company routinely issues false electricity and water bills, inflating charges far beyond actual consumption, leaving tenants to foot the bill for their greed. These practices are not only dishonest but also *******, and it’s appalling that they continue to get away with it.

To make matters worse, Tupa has engaged in the ******* practice of locking tenants out of their businesses without a court order or proper legal proceedings. This is not only a violation of tenant rights, but it is also an outright crime. Tenants have been ********ly denied access to their properties, leaving them in vulnerable and distressing situations.
