If sleg was defined in the dictionary it would be THE FISH AND CHIPS CO NORKEM PARK. Food ordered a little bit after 6, waited 45 min when arriving HALF THE ORDER was missing, phoning Mr D they phone them and we end up waiting an extra 20min, I then phone them directly after being told they'd contact us, got told the driver is on the way, 19min later the driver still hasn't pitched and they giving excuses. It's disgusting customer service, it's horrible to wait for food that was paid.
Don't do business with TUPA or SQUIREWOOD INVESTMENTS. These people will bully you. Threaten your lively hood and come and *******ly lock doors on a business premises, how is a person supposed to work for the rent you bully me for, it is ******* to lock doors in South Africa, by law!!!! This company and the people are a bunch of heartless humans who have no care for their customers as long as their commission comes in they don't care for anyone but themselves.. Paid my rent in full and still they can't unlock doors. I'm tired of this
Do not do business with these people, as they will bully you, belittle you and charge you a **** ton of money on a building they can't come maintain, forcing people out when they can't even help people come to a solution. Bunch of children working here
Terrible terrible terrible people. No respect for their tenants, swearing at them when you ask for their names Changing locks and kicking their tenants out even when payments to their account has been made. Can't look after their buildings, charge maintenance but doesn't do anything about anything. Just tells you well if you don't like it leave Does more for one other company but burns the other due to greed I wouldn't recommend these people even if my life depended on it

Pathetic service It takes you almost 2 weeks to respond to us about our viber line and then inform us that it will take another week or so depending on Vumatel. I phone you to try and get information regarding this and I get out on hold for 12 min waiting. And then I'll be told it's Vumatel that's taking forever
On the 24th of July I made a payment on Mr Price Group website of R485.00. Every time I made a payment it directed me back to the Page and told me there was fraud on my card. I then did this a next two times and both came back and said the same. Eventually going on to my bank account I notice X3 R485. 00 pending I phone customer care and I mention to them what had happened, FNB then sends me a reversal form on the 24th of July I sent it on the 24th of July and got feedback the following day saying "Disputes Department for further assistance." On the 30th of July 2018 I phoned FNB again to follow up on when my money will be reversed and FNB customer care told me I need to wait 7 days before someone contacts me. We are on day 9 of working days and no one has contacted me. I then contacted them on the 6th of August 2018 where no one can help me and I'm being put on hold for 20min. I then phone complaints department and a nice enough lady phoned me back after she said she would to help me. I got told I will get a call back from her at 15:00 on 6th of August 2018. I'm still waiting for that call back. I am getting so frustrated with FNB and their up to no good help when it comes to customer care. This is getting out of hand Not HAPPY AT ALL
