Good people still exist
It was really a pleasure dealing with Lerato at the V-Plus Card Help Desk. She was very efficient and managed to sort my issues out. Thank you for going over and above in assisting. Happy Client!!

Aggravated, Annoyed, Disappointed!
<div>My story is the same as everybody else. Poor to no feedback, empty promises, excuse upon excuse, poor workmanship, not-so-friendly reply messages because I called them out on their BS and a waiting period of almost 10 months! I have now been shoved to another person in their organization (after being patient for 10 months) that was introduced to me as their driver - I now have to deal with him going forward, because after a second delivery I am still not happy. If you commit to a company and pay them in good faith that you would get the item promised within the delivery period quoted - and NONE of this materializes.. it leaves a really bad taste in your mouth. I will NEVER deal with these people again - I will NEVER promote their company - I will NEVER recommend them to any of my friends or enemies. Needless to say.. I will personally deal with the table and issues they left at my house at 20H15 on a Friday night - without paperwork to sign - without inspection by the person that I was told now to deal with. And of course my messages are being ignored. Thanks Custom Creation for just reminding me that good people finish last. Your service really sucks and sorry to say.. your business will not be blessed because of the way you treat people. Please don't bother replying to this review. I am really done with this company!</div>
