Mzansi has lost the plot

I contracted Mzansi Electronics to be my preferred security company in November 2013, thinking that my house would be safe and well protected. I had 3 robberies there after and the response times from Mzansi ranged from 15 minutes to 35 minutes. I received excuses ranging from the vehicle was not in the area to the guard didn't know the area. after the last break in, which was in June 2014, I resolved to move to a Security company that was based in the area and received phenomenal reaction times and ever since have not had a single break in thereafter. I asked Sanjay from Mzansi to pleas collect the radio last year June and it wasn't done, no surprise there. Mzansi decided at the end of January 2015 to debit my account and send me an sms this morning to say that they haven't received a signal from the alarm. Firstly I am not your customer any longer and secondly you haven't received a signal from your alarm since last June and you only pick that up 7 months later. I would like my refund done ASAP please and I would like someone from Mzansi who can give me a definite response
