False contract document and Lies
Really disappointed with Mzansi Security.Been a client for about 8 yrs and the lie to clients.I needed to cancel the armed response as i dont live on the property anymore an when i spoke to them i made it clear that i was a month t month contract and at anytime if i want to cancel im able to do so.The sales person said thats how it will be and i signed the email contract.The alarm system doesnt belong to Mzansi.Now when i called to cancel they say i signed a 24mth contract which is a lie.Clients of Mzansi please beware of their sales lie.All they want is customers and their money.I dont need their services anymore so what nonsense contract or is that they will run a loss and the business will close down if they dont get my R300.Really shocking.Its not to say they maybe later on i can rejoin them but by the way they are treating me i dont know if even i will want to support Mzansi in the future.

I'm a client of mzansi fire and security. I just called them at 19h52 and asked the control room to send a patrol out to check the vacant land behind our house. At 20h00 they sent not 1 vehicle but 2 vehicles. They did a slow proper check. Well done MZANSI. #alwaysder4u

unauthorized debit order
My flight landed from overseas only to realize there has been an unauthorized R135 debit order from "Egoli rewards" I have never heard of the company ever and this is fraud, needs to be investigated!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE
<p>I have been with mzanzi for more than 5 years and never did I imagine how unprofessional they were in addressing their clients complaints. I have been calling them and was promised to be contacted but no one seems to care(not even higher management). Armed response supervisor has not given me a valid answer as to why my number is not on the designated list of contacts for armed response. This is the second time that my alarm has went off and the security company has not called me. To think that we are safe during the festive season and this is what happens with bull **** security companies like Mzanzi. I WILL BE CHANGING MY SECURITY COMPANY!</p>

I have been calling them and was promised to be contacted but no one seems to care(not even higher management). Going the extra Mile
Finance Manager Tracy Moodley assisted with my query, she is efficient and reverts back to custmers when she says she will do so, was going to cancel my contract with Mzansi but because Tracy went the extra mile i have decide to remain a customer of this Compnay<br> <br> Well done Tracy keep up the good work and maybe you can train the individuals at your company to assist more like you

Incompetant Company
Have been with Mzansi for the last year and a half on intor banking details where submitted along with bank statement, got a call last week to say im a year in arrears and i going to be handed over to legal if not paid. no payment arrangements were made to suit me as this Company wanted me to pay in 5 months, i am now sitting with a years subscription due to incompetancy of this company when funds were readily avaiable. i now want to cancel my subscription and they wont allow it as they want to cancel end October, this company has put me in such a finaincial constraint i now do not have funds to afford a security company and therefore have to be without until my account is settled. called numerous times but nobody wants to put me through Management, was told they will return my call but have not done so yet<br> <br> i will not recommend this company to anyone

Mzansi has lost the plot
I contracted Mzansi Electronics to be my preferred security company in November 2013, thinking that my house would be safe and well protected. I had 3 robberies there after and the response times from Mzansi ranged from 15 minutes to 35 minutes. I received excuses ranging from the vehicle was not in the area to the guard didn't know the area. after the last break in, which was in June 2014, I resolved to move to a Security company that was based in the area and received phenomenal reaction times and ever since have not had a single break in thereafter. I asked Sanjay from Mzansi to pleas collect the radio last year June and it wasn't done, no surprise there. Mzansi decided at the end of January 2015 to debit my account and send me an sms this morning to say that they haven't received a signal from the alarm. Firstly I am not your customer any longer and secondly you haven't received a signal from your alarm since last June and you only pick that up 7 months later. I would like my refund done ASAP please and I would like someone from Mzansi who can give me a definite response
