My all networks minutes have been cancelled since 1 June 2020 and I have paid for this as a top up when I took my contract. I have not recieved any clarity regarding my case. I have just received an sms that my case has been resolved. This is terrible service. I will not be renewing my contract! Case no. 33923398
For the past 3 months my LTE data has been depleting without me even being at home during the day. I have all my automatic updates off and I even have data saver on my devices. Background data has also been restricted on my devices. There is no unauthorised access to my wifi. I called Telkom customer care service on 17 July 2019 and was given no joy since the consultant Mbali Zondo maintained that I am using my data. I get 40 gig day and 40 gig night data. I use my night data to download while I use my day data to simply send and receive messages from social media. This is ridicluous. I signed up for the contract last year sometime and did not have any problems with data depleting unnecessarily. It would have been explanatory if I was at home using my data. The data report shows that I am using my data. TELKOM PLEASE EXPLAIN!
I ordered an upgrade on my contract online. I wanted to upgrade on the samsung j7 pro. I was able to fill in an upgrade on the deal and then was told via email that there was no stock. I called in and was told it is not available on upgrade so then i was put through to upgrades for enquiry and on the line for more than 30 minutes with no answer. What kind of service is this?
<p>I have been with mzanzi for more than 5 years and never did I imagine how unprofessional they were in addressing their clients complaints. I have been calling them and was promised to be contacted but no one seems to care(not even higher management). Armed response supervisor has not given me a valid answer as to why my number is not on the designated list of contacts for armed response. This is the second time that my alarm has went off and the security company has not called me. To think that we are safe during the festive season and this is what happens with bull **** security companies like Mzanzi. I WILL BE CHANGING MY SECURITY COMPANY!</p>

I called to cancel and it took them over a month to cancel. They were supposed to reimburse me for the add on internet. I called to find out why this is was still outstanding, they informed me that the money was deposited into my account on the 2nd April. They demanded to see my bank statement as if I was lying about the money not being deposited to my account. Then they issued me with a new case number 18863753. I called to see whats happening with the case since I received an sms saying my case is being attended to and there after got a missed call from telkom. The consultant had informed me that the case is closed because they could not contact me. THIS IS RIDICULOUS SERVICE. I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO TAKE A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM MOBILE.
