Nissan Ballito the worst dealership to buy a used vehicle. Their vehicles are defective. Bought a Nissan Xtrail and gearbox is faulty. Vehicle is now with dealership for over 2months.Loan vehicles provided also defective, accident damage and this is the vehicles that they sell. Nissan Customer Care what is your function because you'll are just as useless and waste of time. Seems like a trend with Ballito staff and the customer care dept. SHOWS A DONT CARE ATTITUDE AND NO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER.
Worst Airline who doesn't care a ****.5min late for a flight to check in at the gate and they refused. Plane was still on the ground. A good way to ***** money from people. A Airline company that doesn't care about people. Pathetic and disgraceful.
Really disappointed with Mzansi Security.Been a client for about 8 yrs and the lie to clients.I needed to cancel the armed response as i dont live on the property anymore an when i spoke to them i made it clear that i was a month t month contract and at anytime if i want to cancel im able to do so.The sales person said thats how it will be and i signed the email contract.The alarm system doesnt belong to Mzansi.Now when i called to cancel they say i signed a 24mth contract which is a lie.Clients of Mzansi please beware of their sales lie.All they want is customers and their money.I dont need their services anymore so what nonsense contract or is that they will run a loss and the business will close down if they dont get my R300.Really shocking.Its not to say they maybe later on i can rejoin them but by the way they are treating me i dont know if even i will want to support Mzansi in the future.
This is the worst Tracker company to deal with. The staff have a don't care attitude and will never assist.They are very quick to make excuses and never admit to their mess up. From day one i had issues with my tracking device.They have swopped out the unit 4 time and this month the unit failed completely. We I first signed up I requested for the Double device plan as my insurance company needed that.They gave me a premium and said this is for a double device and only to find out that they only installed one unit.Their customer service dept is pathetic and useless.I want this unit removed from my vehicle and im not paying any cancellation fees as Tracker has failed to provide a proper service and they provide incorrect information on vehicle location.Not even 3 months the unit failed.
IWe have signed up a contract with Telkom La Lucia on the 14December 2024 where there was a double deal and you get the Samsung Watch and Buds. We where advised to claim the Watch and Buds on the Samsung Memebers app and the stuff will be couriered to us.One claim went trough and the other didnt.We did contact the person who assisted us at the store name Tevin and he said he will have it sorted out and we need not to worry.Its now 15 January and we still have received any feedback.I even requested for the Samsung Regional Manager named Preston to assist and i did forward all the Ref numbers and still nothing has been sorted out.Was this a false ad just to sell the contract and now make the customers wait.I expect Telkom La Lucia to have this sorted out ASAP or else cancel this contract for false advertising.
The most Rude and arrogant Manager at the KZN branch. Lies to customer and changes stories just to cover up. I purchased a Ford Ranger from Ford Pinetown the worst dealership as well and complaint about the Securi-Lid and they took it to Dave who didn't do a proper check and gave a report that all is good. Well i still have a problem with it and then was requested to take the vehicle back to him to check and then get a quote for R1100 excl vat to have it repaired. So why in the 1st place wasn't it fixed when it was brought to you. So Dave works hand in hand with Ford to provide a wrong report and say nothing is wrong. What pathetic behavior. Now trying to rip me of money when Ford was to pay this amount to have it sorted out.Securi-Lid is not installed correctly. So who fault is this now. People out there don't deal with a company like this. And also if you buy a vehicle check the warranty on the lid. I have a 2022 Ford Ranger and the lid that is installed on my vehicle was Installed in April 2021.So, Ford is swopping parts and installing non warranty items on their vehicle.Just a heads up to people to really check aftermarket parts. But if you looking to fit a lid on a bakkie dont use Securi-Lid brand.

Tracker is the worst device that anyone can install in their vehicle.Dont Ever use this companu.Their device provide incorrect information,Incorrect vehicle location on App.This is happening from day 1 when i signed up and they are never willing to assist and take responsibility.They are very fast to debit your account and increase premiums but cant provide a proper service.Their call center staff and useless and lie.MAKE EMPTY PROMISES.TO name a few useless staff members:Valenicia Mahada,Irfaan Hendricks,Nthabiseng Maleho,Janine Haffajee and the list can go on with how many people that i have dealt with at TRACKER CONNECT and **** to me.I have requested several times for the account dept to call me but never did. Please get your **** device out of my vehicle.
Tracker Connect is the most useless and waste of time company to deal with.The staff are useless and clueless in what they do.From day one i had issues with this device and have reported this but dont get any feedback.Today my vehicle is parked at my workplace but the tracker app is showing my vehicle is at another location.How the HELL is this possible.Get this **** device out my vehicle.I would rather move to another tracking company.
I warning to people out that that want to sign up for a Extended warranty with this company.PLEASE DONT DO SO.They will make you run around in circles when its time for a claim.I had a problem with my car and was at a repair center for more that a week.I had to paid for the repairs out of my own pocket just so that i can get my car back.MVIA claims dept is useless.I expect my claim to be sorted out ASAP.
