Hello Peter this is an update on the review that I wrote on 15/09/2023 ..the manager of the store Experimax told me that his boss has reversed his decision of refunding me my money because I wrote it here.I sent him an email on 16/09/2023 asking him to give me my money back he did not respond.I bought this phone cash on 13/08/2023 the day I bought it had a thin line on the screen I showed it to the consultant but he said he did not see anything apparently when we pressed the screen it was fading, but after 2days the line was showing again.I went to the canal walk branch to report the damage but they told me I must go to the branch where I bought which is Tygervalley..I immediately called them and notify that I will be in the store they agreed.they even checked on the footage and saw that I did show the consultant what was on the phone on that day and they changed the screen but within an hour the phone could not work the touch screen.I went to canal walk again because Tygervalley is far from where I stay, they tried to help by updating the software but that did not help.I went to Tygervalley again on the following day,they changed the screen again.that screen did not even last even an hour the phone went blank lucky I was still in the mall I went to the shop again and requested for a refund,Dean the store manager said he can’t refund me and promised me that I will never have issue with the phone again and I can go to the Canal walk branch whenever I have issue with the phone and I took his word.now the phone had issues with the network,they booked it for repairs on13/09/2023 and told me that it will take 2days to be fixed.when I went to the shop after 2days the consultant told me the IT did not fetch it ,I asked for the manager they told me he’s on lunch and I must come back after an hour..that is when I got more frustrated and wrote here because nobody cared about this issue and I gave them many chances about this but still they taking advantage of me..I do not want anything to do with them I am simply asking for my R8000 back ..is it fair to be treated like this?..
I bought iphone 11 on 13 august 2023 the issues was face i.d I didnt mind that..but when I got home I saw that the screen is damaged I went back and fought to report the issues at canal walk but they did not want to help me because I bought at tygevalley branch..they change the screen at tugervalley but it did not even last an hour it had issues again they changed it for the second time..now the phone does not pickup network they sending it to repairs when I fetch it they telling me its not sent..I told them I want my money back they must take their phone ..they dont want to ..what must I do because these people are taking me chance because of my skin colour?..
