Agreed to a contract with the above mentioned company paid R699 and then get the phone now the contract cancel and I don't get my phone and also R699 not being refunded I feel this is very bad service not being able to get the cell phone or money back

I I'm very disappointed in the service of Timberland Canal Walk my husband buys me a pair every year for my birthday,this year however I took a black pair in May 2023 and as 3 months passed I noticed the one shoe is darker than the other I sent an email requesting they change the shoes as it is just 4 month that I have it and it's very expensive they said they only have a 30 day return policy and can't assist in any way what a disappointment 😢 paying all that money and sitting with 2 different color shoes that you paid a future for and ending up not wearing it very say
