Prescribed Debt Still Being Ignored – Extremely Frustrating Experience I am honestly very upset and disappointed with Alpha Fintech trading as Aloan
I have been trying for some time to resolve an issue involving a debt that has clearly prescribed. I have emailed and followed up more than once, explaining my situation and asking for this matter to be handled correctly. Instead of getting help, I am met with nothing but automated responses. No real person, no answers, no solution. This has been incredibly frustrating and stressful for me. Knowing that a debt has prescribed, yet still seeing it being treated as active, makes me feel completely ignored as a consumer. I have done my part by reaching out and trying to resolve this amicably, but Aloan(Alpha Fintech) has shown no urgency or accountability. Because of this ongoing lack of response, I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the NCR and the Legal Practice Council (LPC). This situation could have been resolved easily if proper attention was given. I am requesting the immediate removal of this prescribed debt and written confirmation. Consumers should not have to fight this hard just to have their legal rights respected. Very disappointing experience.

Bad servers
They are great and all but they dont respond on your emails or anything ive been looking and asking how i can changes my cellphone number because i lost it and have a new number but nobody respond to me

Terrible management
This company is an extremely toxic environment, and people are afraid to speak out because of how leadership retaliates. The management system is built on favoritism, not merit — promotions and roles often go to people based on personal relationships or flattery, not skill or qualifications. It's shocking how people with no experience or understanding of their roles are hired into senior positions, while hardworking and qualified staff are ignored, mistreated, or forced out. > There is zero value placed on employee well-being. People are monitored constantly, even outside of working hours, as if you’re not allowed to live your life privately. The emotional pressure, abuse of authority, and lack of accountability is staggering. No one seems genuinely happy working here — and that alone says everything about this company’s culture. This kind of leadership has no place in a financial institution where trust, integrity, and competence are supposed to matter. The culture must change. Enough is enough.

Cell phone contract
Agreed to a contract with the above mentioned company paid R699 and then get the phone now the contract cancel and I don't get my phone and also R699 not being refunded I feel this is very bad service not being able to get the cell phone or money back
