This company is an extremely toxic environment, and people are afraid to speak out because of how leadership retaliates. The management system is built on favoritism, not merit — promotions and roles often go to people based on personal relationships or flattery, not skill or qualifications. It's shocking how people with no experience or understanding of their roles are hired into senior positions, while hardworking and qualified staff are ignored, mistreated, or forced out. > There is zero value placed on employee well-being. People are monitored constantly, even outside of working hours, as if you’re not allowed to live your life privately. The emotional pressure, abuse of authority, and lack of accountability is staggering. No one seems genuinely happy working here — and that alone says everything about this company’s culture. This kind of leadership has no place in a financial institution where trust, integrity, and competence are supposed to matter. The culture must change. Enough is enough.
