Trying for months to finalise account and still cannot access it while having monthly fees taken off. Now have to wait 48 hours to find out that I still cannot access my funds and have been advised that the account cannot be unfrozen without providing documents that do not exist. Do not use FNB if you don't want to pay them to keep your money from you
