As always King Price to the rescue, Shan is an amazing adviser and had my claim handled hassle free only issue I had was with Europcar hire terrible service, was supposed to meet me at the panel beaters at 10am it is now almost 11am still haven't received my hired car and I now have meetings I'm late for. Hope King Price would use someone more reliable.
Worst service from Ned Bank ATMs department. Tried withdrawing 5k cash from the atm but only received R1900 because the atm was defective the money jammed. Called to resolve the issue 2weeks ago was asked to contact my bank which is Capetic. I was told that the process takes 7days but when I did a follow up I now have to wait 30days to get a refund. How inconvenient is this for a faulty atm.

Hi never deal with ihspm properties especially this complex urban Ridge East it's the worst. On moving in an inspection was carried out and faults were pointed out to the manager. We were told it would be sorted out. From leaking water through walls to unpainted walls not forgetting an oven that never worked as well as a broken plug socket with wires sticking out. Cupboard doors falling down and infested with ants and cocraches. This is how we lived for 3 months until we gave our notice to vacate. 1 week before vacating then only did they send someone out to sort the apartment. When it came to refund our deposit another inspection is done and things we were complaining about when we moved in we are now being charged for. Really a terrible experience please think twice before moving in here. They forfeited half our deposit on a quote to prepare this apartment for the next victims that will move in.
