I ordered online in November from Legit clothing store. I never received my order , to a point whereby I asked them for a refund. It’s been more that 2 months now with out them giving me my refund. I’ve been calling, writting DM’s for their Legit instagram store and emailing their customer care; but still no assistance. The last email said their finance department is giving them hard time. How is that my problem? I paid for items and I never received them, now they are failing to refund me. How much patience should a person have?
