315 Restaurant On Saturday 6 July my family & I booked to have a buffet lunch at the above restaurant. Its 295 per person & 150 for kids. The food was not prepared well & there wasn't a variety for people that don't eat beef. We paid so much for food we couldn't eat. We complained to the staff & they said they will notify the manager on Monday 8 July to date no one has called us. I feel the buffet is unsatisfactory & a waste of money
To the Manager FlySaFair I wish to Express my abject disappointment with your airline. My Mum who is 87 years old travelled on your flight on the 16 September 2023 from Durban to Jhb and returned on 18 September at 11h20 back to Dbn. We had requested a wheelchair for my Mum and was refused on both trips citing the quota was reached for both trips. Prior to the trip we called Safair to book a wheelchair to be told that we must request at the counter while booking in. At the counter we were told that wheelchair booking must be done prior. The sad thing is there were countless wheelchairs at the airport on both occasions with staff idling about near the wheelchairs.it should be mandatory to provide wheelchairs for elderly travelers..to ensure their safety and comfort.
