I have been waiting for my online order almost 2 weeks now... Been sent from pillar to post, countless emails... Had to constantly contact them at my expense... Hung up on... Put on hold... Tossed from one person to the next, literally each day this week... Have had to give alternative delivery address as availability obviously is not at woolworths request... Countless emails with rmpy promises... Wasted airtime and time... Until a glimmer of hope on Thursday or atleast I thought so... All was well according to Ncumisa and, all details updated...or atleast I thought so... I got a call from a lady double confirming my details and excited I was finally get my pillows as they are a need... URGENT! This morning a gentleman called to confirm that the delivery is with courier who will contact me shortly to bring my or... I get an sms to contact a certain number re:my woolies order... WHAT? OK! Answered by the most unprofessional gentleman with zero etiquette calling me by a wrong name and confirming a different address 😂😂... Could this get any worse though? Livid livid.... 2 weeks later simple pillows and cover are a mission... The hell I went through... Horrible phone calls all in the name a pillows... I feel that I'm being taken for ride and especially because of the expectation that availability is guaranteed... I am utterly energy drained... I just need my money back wil' go purchase elsewhere for the sake of my health needs... I am glad yo know that this service is not one will ever ever ever be using THEM IN THE NEAR future.... DISSAPOINTED....
I bought my Ford Figo 2017... It came with all the warranty and service plans... Great! They expired and I took on the extended Ford service plan for which I was paying R205... When my car went in last year I made enquiries into the remaining terms and was assured that all was well... Thought nothing of it since for service was still debiting to date... I called in to try to book my car for service only to told that the service has expired... I was told I cannot be refunded either... I wanted to renew the service plan and told it was delined... I feel like I have been hitting dead ends with this company and I want my money back of they are not servicing my car.... TX
