The most exceptional service i have ever received from the receptionist, workshop and service advisor Thando. I don't remember everyone's names personally however we had a little fender bender and had to claim through insurance who authorized Clark & Kent in Sydney Road, Durban to carry out the repairs. Since having the claim authorized, from my first call to Clark and Kent speaking to the receptionist and employees, The staff are friendly, understanding, honest and always keep you informed on the status and progress of your claim, my husband has mistakenly left his cellphone in the car when it was booked in, it took 1 email to Thando advising her off this and she made sure that the cellphone was removed and kept in a safe place and even reminded us of the cellphone that needed to be collected when we were fetching the vehicle, they were even courteous enough to assist with having a staff member fetch my husband from his place of employment and taking him to the workshop so he could fetch his vehicle and also made sure that the vehicle was ready to be picked up on time so we wouldn't experience any inconveniences of not having a vehicle. They made us feel important and valued and cared for with their exceptional service and customer handling. They respond to emails on time, they answer their phones on time and if the relevant persons isn't available to speak to you immediately they actually return your call and constantly follow up with you and check in until the vehicle is ready, I have had to call them a few times however whenever i did i got proper feedback that i needed and they kept to their SLAs. i have never been more impressed with service received or happier. Clark and Kent are definitely a panel beater I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent service, efficiency and professionalism. WELL, DONE TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!MY HUSBAND AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE RECIEVED ESPECIALLY FROM THANDO!!!!!!!SHE IS DEFINATELY AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY. #HappyMaharajs
