Stem Connect has been an extremely unreliable fibre provider. We experience frequent downtime, often without any prior notice or explanation. What makes the situation worse is the lack of communication — outages happen with little to no updates, no clear timelines, and no proactive engagement from their side. When connectivity is critical for both work and daily use, this level of instability and poor communication is unacceptable. Support responses are slow, and customers are often left guessing about the status of their service. Reliability and transparency are key expectations from a fibre provider, and unfortunately Stem Connect consistently falls short on both.
