When a business stops caring

In the past I would have recommended them. The only complaint I had was the local shipping cost being unreasonably high. Now I can't in his conscience recommend this business. My order is still on hold, it's been 3 weeks. I've contacted them and they've assured me twice it will be sent shortly. The one time they even said it will be sent by the end of the day. That was a lie. Now I'm trying to contact them via WhatsApp, email and phone call. They do not reply, they do not care. Off chance they reply they come with promises of adding something a little extra to make up for the delay. I don't want bribes I want my product I paid you for. The other reviews here are sufficient proof that this company does not care about the customer, only their fragile ego that they were "the first" to try this business model. That may be true but they are not the only business rendering these services. SporeSpot is in decline and it's because of a very ****ty attitude and work attitude from the company. I'll never support you guys again. For people who claim to be so proud of their business, the evidence thereof is lackluster to say the least.
