Mustek Terrible Service and Comms
Got a quote from Natasha on the 15th - accepted it and paid immediately - sent POP immediately - told an 8 week turnaround time. Now 3 weeks later a take the trouble to contact her and ask her if there's any sort of update. Get told she didn't get my POP so hasn't confirmed the order. I found the outgoing mail in my sent items and resent - what a bunch of amateurs2 replies
