Dear Arthur/Junior, What a pleasure it is to write this compliment to you. I myself have been in the service industries for most of my life so I'm well accustomed to service culture and excellence and or the lack thereof. In this case, colour me astonished by the unexpected brilliance which is referred to as your Service and the lengths you went to to ensure I am truly amazed and pleased with your Service. It started a Friday afternoon after spotting a vehicle that I've been hunting for a long time. It just so happened that you had the right one with all the bells and whistles I was expecting. Let's just call it my unicorn instead of the mediocre "dream car". I contacted your company for viewing and even though you were unavailable, you were quick to have a colleague help me. So I got there and was provided the longest time to inspect the vehicle, even though I don't consider myself as a tyre kicker, I was sure to kick some tyres to ensure that this was indeed my Unicorn. The test drive went swimmingly with Tjaart, your ***orker and I having the chat of our lives regarding the vehicle, its history and what made the car so special. I must say that I appreciate the patience and knowledge you both had, not only for the product but how to work with your clientele. Amazed and affirmed, I made my decision to where as the price was immediately removed and the car was reserved for me. This all on a Friday dear readers.... You assisted as far as you could, it being the weekend and all however come Monday !everything! was ready. We did that and got the ball rolling. I can't even remember the amount of calls we had but I never felt so updated so aware of everything that was going on. Now just to put this into perspective, I'm 41 years of age and have had more cars than years on this earth. And this is truly the best experience I've had in all my years. When it came to a service and reading the vehicle for delivery, you yourself picked up a small issue. One that would take part ordering and going out of your way to achieve the said delivery date. When we got disappointed by the part supplier, you kept on calling/updating and assuring me. You and your Senior (Quintin) went the extra mile and paid a 30% rush to deliver. The part came the next day and we were back in action. To make this long story short,I would like to compliment you first and foremost. Then Quintin and Tjaart, thanks to you as well for going out of your way in my quest for achieving my Unicorn. You guys truly amazed me with your service and I would gladly recommend your company to anyone. You've personalised my experience to the extent that I won't forget your names and gladly do business with you going forward. Thank you for going out of your way, offering a temporary vehicle when we presumed my one was going to be late. The extra attention to detail in finding a hidden issue and resolving it with the speed of lightning. The personal advice and the guidance with the entire process. I truly value this experience and recommend you as the "go to guy". . . Please pass this along to your superiors, to those reading this, all I can say is WELL DONE!
Who else has been hurt by #dotsure . After months and numerous calls, they informed me that they won't payout their clients 'claim to a 3D party . I called the lady (their client): you should speak to legal and "I'm not responsible"(without name and shame) - dotsure.co.za refusing to give me a call recording number after they admitted to their client being at fault. - they informed their customer not to speak to me. I called the police, laid the claim and did everything I was supposed to however they DotSure Car Insuranse refused to pay out. Bulling they bully me by saying that they can't provide a call number or recording number and that I should sue their customer myself. . .
