Dear Arthur/Junior, What a pleasure it is to write this compliment to you. I myself have been in the service industries for most of my life so I'm well accustomed to service culture and excellence and or the lack thereof. In this case, colour me astonished by the unexpected brilliance which is referred to as your Service and the lengths you went to to ensure I am truly amazed and pleased with your Service. It started a Friday afternoon after spotting a vehicle that I've been hunting for a long time. It just so happened that you had the right one with all the bells and whistles I was expecting. Let's just call it my unicorn instead of the mediocre "dream car". I contacted your company for viewing and even though you were unavailable, you were quick to have a colleague help me. So I got there and was provided the longest time to inspect the vehicle, even though I don't consider myself as a tyre kicker, I was sure to kick some tyres to ensure that this was indeed my Unicorn. The test drive went swimmingly with Tjaart, your ***orker and I having the chat of our lives regarding the vehicle, its history and what made the car so special. I must say that I appreciate the patience and knowledge you both had, not only for the product but how to work with your clientele. Amazed and affirmed, I made my decision to where as the price was immediately removed and the car was reserved for me. This all on a Friday dear readers.... You assisted as far as you could, it being the weekend and all however come Monday !everything! was ready. We did that and got the ball rolling. I can't even remember the amount of calls we had but I never felt so updated so aware of everything that was going on. Now just to put this into perspective, I'm 41 years of age and have had more cars than years on this earth. And this is truly the best experience I've had in all my years. When it came to a service and reading the vehicle for delivery, you yourself picked up a small issue. One that would take part ordering and going out of your way to achieve the said delivery date. When we got disappointed by the part supplier, you kept on calling/updating and assuring me. You and your Senior (Quintin) went the extra mile and paid a 30% rush to deliver. The part came the next day and we were back in action. To make this long story short,I would like to compliment you first and foremost. Then Quintin and Tjaart, thanks to you as well for going out of your way in my quest for achieving my Unicorn. You guys truly amazed me with your service and I would gladly recommend your company to anyone. You've personalised my experience to the extent that I won't forget your names and gladly do business with you going forward. Thank you for going out of your way, offering a temporary vehicle when we presumed my one was going to be late. The extra attention to detail in finding a hidden issue and resolving it with the speed of lightning. The personal advice and the guidance with the entire process. I truly value this experience and recommend you as the "go to guy". . . Please pass this along to your superiors, to those reading this, all I can say is WELL DONE!

I had an appointment to take my Ford Figo for 220000 , and was scheduled for the 14th of December. I was the first person in line to check the vehicle in for service. I asked the service advisor as to how long a 220000km service would take, and she informed me about 3 - 4 hours. Instead it took close to six hours. The basic spares required for this service , air filter and fuel filter was not available. I had to wait for them to order spares that was only available on the Monday 18 December. The service advisor said that they would send a driver with a courtesy vehicle to fetch my vehicle to finish the service. My car had fuel just below the half mark. The courtesy vehicle arrived to me with the empty (no fuel) light on. I drove it only 4km from home to work, as we are working and residing on a lodge. I received a call from the service advisor that the fuel in my car might not be enough to return my car to me, and if they could put fuel( R 200) which I was not happy about. The driver arrived with my vehicle today. The fuel light and empty alarm came on. The driver had a container to fill the courtesy car with fuel. On inspection with the driver present, I found that the rear bumper of my car was damaged and both the bumper and rear hatch door had scratches. I took photo's and called the service advisor and informed her about it with the driver present. Also took photo's and forwarded to her . They will fetch my car to repair the damage caused, but when I asked if i have to pay the fuel costs again, I was ignored. . I serviced my car from 2018 with them , but this is the worst service ever experienced. And the audacity that I have to pay the fuel costs for their mistakes ???????????

<p>My wife, Gugu Masilela, took our Ford Focus 1.8SI in for repairs at Numbi Auto White River on Wednesday the 17th of August 2016. She thoroughly explained to Mr Philmon in the service department the main reason for repairs; the car idles erratically when on idle and has a tendency to do so at a robot or stop street eventually the car switches off. <br />After poor communication from Numbi Auto, on Friday the 19th Aug 2016 they reported that the car has been repaired (for an amount of R3 209.72 incl) and that it was ready for collection. <br />However, the car continues to idle erratically and still switches off as before. My wife took it back in again on Monday the 22nd Aug 2016 and explained to them that the problem persists. She was told that the left engine mount was replaced, she then left the car for further inspection since the main problem had not been dealt with. She was also told that the car wouldn't be priority due to highly congested bookings. <br />Again there was poor communication from Numbi Auto regarding the matter and they reported that the problem has been resolved on Friday the 26th of Aug 2016 (almost a week!). <br />The problem still persists! They have repaired something else other than that which was requested! We were taken for a ride! I feel that they undermined my wife!<br />I demand that Numbi Auto resolves this issue as matter of urgency; else they must refund me since the car hasn't been repaired! This is very poor service from Ford!</p>
