I was at Old Mutual Springs Mall to enquire about a few of my policies and I was told that I wouldn't be assisted because I didn't have my ID with me. I had my driver's licence as well as soft copies of my ID and still that wasn't good enough. As I recall, I've been helped numerous times at other branches with just my driver's licence. The lady at reception was rude and seemed less interested.
Received great service from Lindiwe Mthembu this morning regarding my monthly premiums query. She listens 1st to the concerns of the client, which is quite a rare skill and of course a rarity for most businesses. I also appreciated her enthusiasm as well as her professionalism. I called Guardrisk insurance on Monday 29th of November 2021 for a car insurance claim. I was told that an assessor would be on site no later than Wednesday 1st of December. I've been told by the person dealing with the matter that they're off in the coming days and won't be able to provide any feedback. I'm stranded without transport, and this is costing me a lot of money especially knowing that I have a courtesy car option. I don't understand these delays that no one communicates, is this the service I'm paying for?
It's difficult to work with Hammond Pole in trying to settle my account. I never receive statements despite numerous requests for them to provide me with such. Unfortunately, Nedbank can't help either as I have to do everything via this lethargic company. They are reluctant in their response, they sometimes answer their phones and the people in charge are seldom there meaning complaints fall on deaf ears. I've received numerous calls where there's no one on the other side, some form of harassment. Nedbank should consider searching for another service provider, Hammond Pole is highly incompetent and less bothered.
I bought a Renault Clio from Rite Wheels in Pretoria Wonderboom. The transaction was done on the 3rd of Apr 2018 and while waiting for the 48 hours for the money to reflect on their account, I stated tirelessly that the car registration paper as well as the illuminated service light should be resolved and car should be ready for collection. Both my requests were not met on the day of collection (5 Apr 2018). The owner of Rite Wheels, Jaco Swart, assaulted my friend and damaged his phone when we were demanding the car registration papers and for the service light to be resolved, we opened a case of assault and damage to property against him at the Wonderboom SAPS. To date I still haven't received the car registration papers and the service light still illuminates after taking the car to Renault. Rite Wheels have been handed a letter of demand by Jacobs Attorneys, yet Rite Wheels remains stubborn.
<p>My wife, Gugu Masilela, took our Ford Focus 1.8SI in for repairs at Numbi Auto White River on Wednesday the 17th of August 2016. She thoroughly explained to Mr Philmon in the service department the main reason for repairs; the car idles erratically when on idle and has a tendency to do so at a robot or stop street eventually the car switches off. <br />After poor communication from Numbi Auto, on Friday the 19th Aug 2016 they reported that the car has been repaired (for an amount of R3 209.72 incl) and that it was ready for collection. <br />However, the car continues to idle erratically and still switches off as before. My wife took it back in again on Monday the 22nd Aug 2016 and explained to them that the problem persists. She was told that the left engine mount was replaced, she then left the car for further inspection since the main problem had not been dealt with. She was also told that the car wouldn't be priority due to highly congested bookings. <br />Again there was poor communication from Numbi Auto regarding the matter and they reported that the problem has been resolved on Friday the 26th of Aug 2016 (almost a week!). <br />The problem still persists! They have repaired something else other than that which was requested! We were taken for a ride! I feel that they undermined my wife!<br />I demand that Numbi Auto resolves this issue as matter of urgency; else they must refund me since the car hasn't been repaired! This is very poor service from Ford!</p>
