Pathetic service
There is a Boesmanland Branch/store in Caledon. Victoria Mall Shop 10c. I received appualing service by a coloured lady who accused me of skipping the line when I was at the self service section. She is utterly unprofessional and did not want to give me the shop manager's name. I will never buy there again, and will spread the word of the disgraceful service.

I was in KFC in Caledon, Victoria Mall. I ordered at the Kiosk, they deducted my money and said they did not receive my order and that the money will be reversed. It is still not reversed, and now I have to wait till tomorrow and bring a bank statement to them. Truly pathetic service.
