Car hire
Paying for a car hire at KingPrice it’s just waste of money and time. Yesterday I was supposed to get a courtesy car but until today I don’t have it . I’ve been calling from 09:00 yesterday the answer is “we are arranging for you Mam we will call you back” this is day 2 . Why do we have to pay for a car hire if you can’t arrange it when needed? This is very unfair . Struggling with a transport while you pay for a car hire monthly without fail. I am so disappointed .

The worst experience ever
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO STEIMAR AUTOMATIVE ROSETTENVILLE ROAD , my car has been there for 2 months this is a third month, what they are good at is empty promises , since January I’ve been receiving nothing but disappointments each and every day , they are failing to fix the car just to replace the roof to be specific , the workshop manager is not copying , they’re short of staff , you’ll call the whole day and your call will be on hold until you give up , there’s a lot going on there take your car there at your own risk . They definitely don’t deserve even 1 star

Auto wax car wash the car scratcher
I took my car for a wash in AUTO WAX CAR WASH in Rand Steam shopping center Richmond) they scratched my car when I asked they denied, I asked for a Manager the guy by the name of NORMAN came with a stinking attitude he said the car came with a scratch, he couldn’t even talk to me like a decent person he was very unprofessional even now I’m asking myself how the hell is he the manager because he has zero management skills, he called his partner Bongani he couldn’t explain either he said he will check cameras, later he called me to say the guy who washed the car confessed to him that the car had no Scratch, nothing is done until today , Norman and Bongani blocked my calls they are not responding to my texts. Take your car to Auto wax car wash (Rand steam shopping center Richmond)at your own Risk , your car will be scratched and no one will know
