Poor workmanship, further damage to car
I had the misfortune of been sent here to have my car repaired. They repaired it in a subpar way - leaving space between my boot and the back panel. They also damaged the sensor in my door

Dishonesty, negligence and poor customer service
My son dropped off my car on the 17th of July and was told that it will be ready within 10 - 12 days which I expected by the 1st of August. 22 days later the car is still with them. I made calls and told excuses of what I would like to hear, then on the 14th of August I made a group call to Steimar and Prime only to discover that, Steimar ordered the wrong part but they never told me nor apologized to me. I suggested priviously for a courtesy and my email was ignored not even a response. I am being inconvenienced by someone's negligence and no care for customer service. I am really disappointed.

The worst experience ever
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO STEIMAR AUTOMATIVE ROSETTENVILLE ROAD , my car has been there for 2 months this is a third month, what they are good at is empty promises , since January I’ve been receiving nothing but disappointments each and every day , they are failing to fix the car just to replace the roof to be specific , the workshop manager is not copying , they’re short of staff , you’ll call the whole day and your call will be on hold until you give up , there’s a lot going on there take your car there at your own risk . They definitely don’t deserve even 1 star

Bad service
Terrible Terrible service. They only give you feedback on the car when you call. The car has been there for 4 weeks just to fix the bumper. I'm sent pillar to post and still promises are not kept. I have called numerous times and every time I call I get a story that does not correlate with the previous reasons they gave me for my car not being ready. The ladies at the front desk have gone as far as ignore my calls but as soon as I blocked my caller ID they answered. I am so upset at this point because I was promised to get my car today still they can't deliver.

Bad service

VERY VERY POOR SERIVE AT ALL, MY CAR WAS WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR A WHOLE MONTH, THEY CANT EVEN TAKE OWNER SHIP, THE OWNER SPEAKS ILL ABOUT CUSTOMERS (TONI) AND THEY WILL NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEY ACTIONS....MY CAR EVEN CAME BACK WITH DENTS

IF YOU LOOKING FOR POOOOOOR SERVICE DO VIST STEIMAR AUTO
Worst experience i have ever gotten from this company, from the start to the e end.... If its not about parts its my sensor not working lets not forget the POOOOOOR LEVEL OF SERVICE After two months waiting for my vehicle i am being told to fetch my car , when i arrive and do the inspection my self, only to find out the sensor is not working, when I speak to toni about this ( one of the owners) i am being answerd in a rude manner, so as the car as to go for diagnosis ( then why was i called to fecth the car.. Honestly and my personal opinion, if you want proper client service so as proper communication, i WOULDNT ADVICE ANYONE TO COME HERE FOR BUSINESS.... NO Wonder theres bad service cause it starts from the top, so this is a norm for them. They still have my car and i was told it would be deliverd now its the next day 17:28 still no communication.... How great I just respect the admin lady Thandi Steimar Rostenville
